On March 1, 2024, in Ivanovo, at the Bio-Absolut clinic, an event was held where the following were presented:

the latest data and methods, innovative technical solutions in the field of posterior segment of the eye surgery, round tables on current issues in the industry, dry-lab using innovative tools, live surgery.

In the "live surgery" section, I performed cataract phacoemulsification using 2-port access. The video of the operation is available to specialists in the "My Works" section.

Nizhny Novgorod made a vivid impression on me, it is located at the junction of the Oka and Volga rivers, and in 1816 it was this place that was chosen for the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. The very place of junction of the two rivers is called Strelka by locals

I returned to Sochi with pleasant memories from the trip and, most importantly, I returned with important information for my professional activity.

The event organizers managed to bring together practicing vitreoretinal surgeons for professional interaction.

Between interesting reports with clinical cases, vitreoretinal surgeons were able to discuss pressing issues in their field, exchange experiences, opinions, findings and recommendations.

Round table for doctors on the topic of glaucoma

The atmosphere in the sanatorium where the Round Table was held was light and comfortable, which balanced the serious topics of the reports. The participants actively discussed the topics raised, asked questions - the discussions between doctors were almost endless.

As a moderator, it was important for me to give the floor to the maximum number of physicians to participate in the discussion and judging by the feedback after the event - the meeting was very fruitful.

It was a great local event, very useful for an ophthalmologist of any level.

April 18-20, 2024 took place in the UAE, Abu Dhabi

There is a controversial point of view, which states like the following: actively developing countries of the third world, overcoming the current difficult economic situation, are equally left to themselves.

But understanding the essence of resource-saving technologies, as well as a fresh look at familiar things - certainly opens up new horizons for the corresponding conditions of activation. Taking into account the indicators of success, the economic agenda of today speaks about the possibilities of priority requirements.

12th International Congress on Glaucoma Surgery

The conference was organized by the Emirati Society of ophthalmology. The rich program was held in the best traditions of hospitality, the venue had everything necessary for the conference:

• reports on current problems in glaucoma surgery,
• discussion meetings with the participation of specialists from all over the world,
• laboratory experiments,
• visual manipulations on modern equipment.

In addition to the scientific program, study tours were organized for the participants, thanks to which it was possible to get acquainted with this beautiful country a little closer.

На конференции обсуждались «Современные подходы к профилактике, диагностике и лечению заболеваний органа зрения».
Я состою в Ассоциации, являюсь сопредседателем и, конечно же, принял участие в конференции. Ежегодно я выступаю организатором аналогичного мероприятия в городе Сочи.
В Майкопе мне удалось пообщаться с коллегами, посетить выставку новинок офтальмологии, выступить в президиуме одной из секций. Встреча была идеально организована и прошла максимально плодотворно

Межрегиональная научно-практическая конференция под эгидой Ассоциации независимых офтальмологов (АНО)

На площадке гостеприимного Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan прошла первая встреча, организованная компанией TELEON – производителем мультифокальных интраокулярных линз – для местных врачей-офтальмологов, которые используют эти ИОЛ в своей медицинской практике.

Круглый стол врачей-офтальмологов в Ереване

Я регулярно использую линзы LENTIS Comfort и LENTIS Mplus X в своей практике и сейчас устанавливаю порядка 400 линз этих моделей в год.

Меня пригласили выступить с докладом на круглом столе в Ереване, чтобы поделиться своим хирургическим опытом и ответить на вопросы коллег, которые тоже используют ИОЛ от компании TELEON.

Рабочая часть встречи прошла в дружественной атмосфере: Всем присутствующим удалось обменяться полезной информацией и обсудить актуальные вопросы, связанные с
хирургией хрусталика.
